The defendant has been charged in the Criminal Court with the crime of murder and is presently at liberty on $75,000 bail. The case is in the process of being presented to the Grand Jury. The District Attorney, by oral motion and not upon papers, has moved this court for an order directing the defendant to appear in a lineup for the purpose of identification.
