*1022Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (LaBuda, J.), rendered January 9, 2006, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree.

In satisfaction of a two-count indictment, defendant pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree. He was sentenced to two years in prison, followed by two years of postrelease supervision.
