Kenneth Grich (plaintiff) brought a complaint and petition for declaratory judgment against defendant Mantelco, LLC and defendant Universal Insurance Company (collectively defendants), alleging that Universal Insurance breached an enforceable contract for release of liability and engaged in unfair or deceptive trade practices.
