This is an original proceeding instituted directly in the Court of Civil Appeals by-relators, Guaranty Building & Loan Company and Guaranty Federal Savings & Loan Association, against respondents, CE. Brazil and Mrs. Bill Brunt, district judge and sheriff, respectively, of Cherokee County, Texas, and W. H. Gould and wife, for writs of prohibition and injunction bo-protect.and enforce the alleged jurisdiction of the district court of Galveston County *695in cause No. S16S8, styled Guaranty Building & Loan Company v. W. H. Gould et ux.
