¶ 1. In this employment discrimination case, H. Elaine Stipetich appeals from the part of an order granting summary judgment in favor of the respondents Stephen B. Tupper, William J. Grosshans and the Department of Corrections on her claims of sex discrimination, retaliation and due process violations under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We conclude that Stipetich did not present sufficient evidence to establish a prima facie case of sex discrimination and retaliation.
