HANEY, Circuit Judge.

Appeal has been taken from an order of the bankruptcy court in a proceeding under Section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U. S.C.A. § 207), denying “the special appearance of the” appellants, and ordering them to pay to appellee revenues earned under an ocean mail contract.

Appellee by contract dated March 14, 1928, purchased from the United States seven steel cargo vessels for an agreed amount of $696,906. One-fourth of the price was paid on delivery of the vessels, and the balance was to be paid in annual installments over a period of 7% years. A mortgage was given to the…
