Carolyn Hubert appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Southern General Insurance Company (Southern General) and the denial of her motion for summary judgment.
The parties have stipulated the material facts. Hubert was injured while riding as a passenger in a car which was involved in an *175accident. She made a claim with the driver’s insurance company and recovered $2,500 for medical expenses under the personal injury protection (PIP) provisions of that policy.
