The Surrogate.
The first objections interposed against the probate of the will of the deceased, relate to the forms of execu*305tion. The transaction took place at the store of John Axford, Ho. 168Bowery. The will is dated March ll,1854. Axford testifies that the decedent came in with the will in his hand, and stated that he wished him, his son and daughter, to be witnesses to his last will and testament.
