GREENAWAY, JR., Circuit Judge.

Carpentertown Coal and Coke Company (“Carpentertown”) and Birmingham Fire Insurance Company/Broadspire, Carpen-tertown’s insurance carrier (collectively, “Petitioners”), petition for review of a decision and order of the Benefits Review Board (the “Board”) granting retired coal mirier Patrick Jenkins (“Respondent” or “Jenkins”) benefits under the Black Lung Benefits Act (the “Act”). 30 U.S.C. § 901 et seq.1 We will deny the petition for review.
