MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT

LEE, District Judge.

This matter is before the court for decision on the merits. Plaintiff brings this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., seeking damages resulting from alleged discrimination in employment. The court, having considered the entire record and being duly advised, hereby renders and enters the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law pursuant to Rule 52(a) of the Federal. Rules of Civil Procedure.
