OPINION

McMURRAY, J.

This action, brought under the Tennessee Human Rights Act, T.C.A. § 4-21-101 et seq., is one for alleged racial and sexual discrimination. The plaintiff, Dr. Elenora Woods, sued C. Hsiung Chen and Lana Chen, owners of an office complex in Chattanooga, and Herman Walldorf & Company, the Chens’ leasing agent, alleging that the defendants failed to negotiate a commercial lease agreement in good faith because of her race and/or gender.
