This was a suit by appellees I. O. Timmins and E. A. Dunnam against appellants A. J. Binz (and J. J. Settegast, Jr., and Mrs., Melanie Settegast, wife of appellant Settegast, for commissions for making a lease to the Main Realty Company, a corporation, of certain property situated at the corner of Main street and McKinney avenue, Houston, Tex., belonging to appellant Binz and Mrs. Settegast.
