Error is assigned to the ruling of the court below in permitting an answer to this question which was put to Keelty, the operator whose negligence caused the collision, “Why were you suspended indefinitely (that is, before the collision)?” Answer: “I went to *958sleep, and stopped a fast train, No. 6.” The question and answer were plainly relevant. The petition charged that the defendant company was guilty of negligence in the employment of Keelty, through whose gross neglect of duty the collision occurred, because he was careless, negligent, incompetent, and unfit for duty.
