In the view I take of this case it is unnecessary to consider many of the interesting questions ably argued by counsel at the bar and in the briefs filed with the court.

This is an attachment suit by the plaintiff, a citizen and resident of Fulton -county, in this district, against A. Vizard, a citizen and resident of New Orleans, Fa., returnable to the city court of Atlanta. The attachment was-levied by service of summons of garnishment on certain persons in Atlanta, as the representatives of foreign fire insurance companies, in accordance with the statute of Georgia…
