In these actions tried before a jury verdicts were rendered in favor of the plaintiffs, upon which judgments were entered against defendant. Motions for new trials were made and denied and the defendant has appealed.

The principal question presented on these appeals is as to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the judgments. The controversy involves two written contracts entered into by the defendant, one with the plaintiff H. Walker, and the other with the plaintiff D. G. Walker.
