1Opinion of the CourtHatfield, Judge

This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming the decision of the Primary Examiner rejecting all the claims — 19,21,41,43,45, and 49 — in appel*1109lants’ application for the reissue of a patent relating to the coating of calculable lithic slabs.

The appealed claims were copied from the patent to Greider et al., No. 2,350,030, and have been rejected on the ground that they are not supported by the disclosure of the application on which appellants’ patent was granted, and therefore cannot properly be included in appellants’ application.
