I respectfully dissent.

I would reach the issue that this Court chose to address when it originally granted leave to appeal in this case.

As my brother correctly states, this Court granted leave to appeal to determine whether a person having a cause of action for negligence against a decedent is entitled to actual notice of the time for filing and the hearing on claims against the decedent’s estate.
