The Complaint filed by Arthur A. Blu-meyer, III (“Debtor” or “Plaintiff’) in this matter requested a determination of the authority of the Chapter 7 Trustee, David A. Sosne (“Trustee”) in this case in light of the appointment of a State Trustee pursuant to Missouri law. The Plaintiff subsequently filed a motion to compel turnover of all assets to the State Trustee.
