Ixi this case the only question to be determined is whether the action of the trial court in refusing to set aside a judgment rendered against the defendant on default was under the circumstances reversible error.

Hortense Patterson, on the 24th of April, 1915, sued the Uncle Sam Oil Company in the district court of Sedgwick county to recover damages alleged to have been sustained through the explosion of kerosene oil in a lamp.
