Following a jury trial in December 2012, Schleiermacher Jones was convicted of the 2003 rape and child molestation of A. M., who was then ten years old. The trial court denied his motion for new trial. On appeal, Jones challenges the sufficiency of the evidence and the trial court’s denial of his motion for new trial on evidentiary grounds, but the evidence authorized the jury’s verdict.
