Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Eidens, J.), rendered May 22, 1998, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of murder in the second degree.
In February 1997, defendant was charged in an eight-count indictment with, inter alia, three counts of murder in the second degree stemming from a death which occurred during the commission of a robbery in December 1996.
