The parties to this litigation are brothers and sister, and tenants in common in 248 acres of land situated in Twin Township, Ross County, Ohio. On June 9, 1960, the appellees in this court filed a petition in the trial court seeking partition of the above-mentioned farm. The land was appraised at $30,000, and the commissioners, being unable to effect partition by metes and bounds, recommended to the court that the land be sold.
