MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on appeal by JGB Industries, Inc., t/a Baker Equipment Engineering Co. and Baker Equipment Leasing Co. (“Baker”) of the Bankruptcy Court’s final judgment of May 1, 1997. This Court has jurisdiction of this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1) and Rule 8001 et seq. of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. For the reasons which follow, the Court affirms the Bankruptcy Court’s final judgment.
