The official committee of unsecured creditors (the “Committee”) filed a motion to dismiss this chapter 11 case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b). The debtor, Virginia Broadband, LLC (“VABB” or “Debtor”), is a Virginia limited liability company. The Committee’s motion, filed seven months after the petition date, alleges that a majority of VABB’s Board did not authorize the filing of a chapter 11 petition.
