REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

This case involves a claim for damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by petitioner, Mrs. Doris Sheane, as a result of an automobile accident in which she was involved on October 18, 1957. In the alternative, petitioner demands benefits as for total and permanent disability pursuant to the provisions of the Louisiana Workmen’s Compensation Act.
