Appellant Constance L. Ross appeals from the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court’s judgment entry granting the appellees’ motion for summary judgment.

Ross advances three assignments of error. First, she contends that the trial court erred by finding the appellees immune from liability pursuant to Ohio’s “recreational user” statute.
