The petition for an injunction filed herein shows that CorAvin F. Jones, the plaintiff, is an employee of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, and, Atiiile bis residence, is not clearly shown, the circumstances indicate that he is a resident of the city of Omaha, Douglas county, Nebraska. The defendant, William O’Brien, is a justice of the peace in and for Platte county, Nebraska, residing at Columbus, and the third defendant, Bushman, is also a resident of Platte county. Some time prior to the commencement of this action Bushman obtained judgment in Justice O’Brien’s court against…
