Following a jury trial, Kaitlin Travis was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) (OCGA § 40-6-391 (k) (1)), reckless driving (OCGA § 40-6-390 (a)), and speeding (OCGA § 40-6-181 (b) (5)). Travis filed a motion for new trial, which the trial court denied.
