This is a consolidated appeal from several orders of the Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Michigan. Modern Plastics Corporation filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. In connection with the bankruptcy proceedings, one of Modern Plastics’ creditors, New Products Corporation, filed an adversary proceeding against the former bankruptcy trustee, Thomas Tibbie.
