Per Curiam :

The plaintiff in error, William White, was indicted in 1925 in Cook county for the murder of Edward Pfiaume, a police officer of Forest Park. White was tried, convicted and sentenced to the penitentiary for life. Consideration by this court of his first conviction re-suited in a reversal and remandment. (People v. White, 333 Ill. 512.) The mandate of this court was filed in February, 1929, and White was freed from custody and his surety released.
