¶ 1. We review the referee's report and recommendation that Attorney Paul M. Kasprow- icz be publicly reprimanded for having committed 16 counts of professional misconduct involving six separate client matters as alleged in the complaint filed by the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) in this court on October 23, 2003. Noting that Kasprowicz had admitted to most of the misconduct counts in his answer or at the public hearing, the referee concluded that his misconduct had been proven by clear and convincing evidence.
