Defendant appeals from an order of the district court denying his petition for a writ of coram nobis. Defendant was convicted of the crime of first-degree murder; his conviction was affirmed .by this court in State v. Gee.1 Subsequently, defendant petitioned for a writ of coram nobis, whereupon a hearing was held, and the petition denied.
