SHANGLER, Judge.
The plaintiff Moore, a resident of Iowa, sued the defendant Christian Fidelity Life Insurance Company, a Texas corporation for breach of contract. The jurisdiction over the person of the foreign insurance company was invoked under the provisions of § 375.906, RSMo 1978, and was accomplished by service of process on the Superintendent of Insurance of this state.
