This proceeding in equity was commenced by Charles A. Snyder, controller of Schuylkill county, who, after setting forth the facts, etc., prayed that the defendants be restrained “by injunction from issuing bonds for more than one hundred and sixty thousand dollars (#160,000), the proceeds of which shad be applied to the payment of the indebtedness contracted prior to January 1,1898,” and for “such other and further relief as ” may appear to be just.
