CRANDALL, Presiding Judge.

Defendant, George E. Eidson, appeals from his convictions after a jury trial of burglary in the second degree, § 569.170, RSMo (1978), and attempted burglary in the second degree, §§ 569.170, 564.011, RSMo (1978). He was sentenced as a persistent offender to consecutive terms of imprisonment of fifteen years and ten years. He argues six points on appeal.
