Johnny Ray Chad appeals the summary judgment of the Circuit Court of Miller County for the respondent, the City of Lake Ozark (City), on the appellant’s “Petition for Peremptory Writ of Mandamus,” seeking a writ compelling the respondent to reinstate him as its City Administrator, after he had been removed from office on August 9, 2005, pursuant to the vote of the Mayor and three of the six members of the respondent’s Board of Alderman (Board).
