GEE, Circuit Judge:
Appellants, a debtor and an aligned creditor, ask us to decide whether, absent a stay pending appeal, the district court may hear its appeal from an order by the bankruptcy court granting another creditor relief from an automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362 and its appeal from the withdrawal of subsequent injunctive relief previously granted by the bankruptcy court to the debtor pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 105 where, in the interim, the other creditor foreclosed and itself bought the property at issue.
