By an agreement between the parties all issues of law and fact were submitted to the judge of the superior court, who was empowered to hear and determine all issues, either in term or vacation, with right of appeal by either party.
The State tax for 1924 was $5 per $1000, or five mills, and the valuation of the property of the Central of Georgia Railway Company in Spalding County in 1924 was $584,025. In 1925 the State tax was $5 per $1000, and the taxable value of the property in 1925 was $624,052. The Central of Georgia Railway Company paid all its taxes for 1925, except $8237.48, which…
