This matter 1 is before the court on plaintiff Jinfu Trading Co., Ltd.’s (“plaintiff” or “Jinfu PRC”) Rule 56.2 motion for judgment upon the agency record challenging the findings in the United States Department of Commerce’s (“Commerce” or “the Department”) final results and final rescission of plaintiff’s new shipper review (“NSR”) for entries of honey from the People’s Republic of China (“PRC” or “China”).
