Plaintiff, Capital Associated Industries ("CAI"), initiated this action for declaratory *378and injunctive relief, alleging that the enforcement of Sections 84-4 and 85-5 of the North Carolina General Statutes ("UPL Statutes"), which govern the unauthorized practice of law, violate the United States Constitution and the North Carolina Constitution, as applied to CAI. (ECF No. 1 ¶¶ 1, 100.)
