The Plaintiff filed a Bill in Equity .against Walter R. Burke, John B. Burke, and the Scranton Lackawanna Trust Company and against said Walter R. Burke, John B. Burke, and the Scranton Lackawanna Trust Company as executors of the •Estate of Catherine H. Burke, Deceased, *946to recover certain assessments against stock of the-Union National Bank, of which Plaintiff is Receiver, which composed part of the Estate of Catherine H. Burke.
