This is an information for disbarment, filed by leave of court by the Chicago Bar Association against the respondent. Upon the filing of respondent’s answer the matter was referred to one of the masters in chancery of the circuit court of Cook county as commissioner, to take the proofs and report his findings and conclusions therefrom. The evidence was taken arid the report of the commissioner was made and filed herein, which report recommended that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for the period of one year.
