¶ 1 Defendant, Tyyuan Anderson, appeals from his convictions of armed violence, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. In his direct appeal, defendant challenges the sufficiency of the State's evidence, the comments of the prosecutor during closing argument, the constitutionality of his sentence, whether there was a violation of the one-act, one-crime doctrine, and the imposition of fines and associated credits.
