This suit was brought by plaintiff against defendants Rieger and Singer. Upon his own motion Brenner was permitted to come in as a party defendant. Judgment was for the defendants and plaintiff appealed.
Plaintiff owned a business building in Kansas City, Missouri, which he leased to Brenner for a term of ten years beginning August 1, 1922, Brenner agreeing to pay as rental $1000 on the first of each month in advance for the first six years and $1250 per month thereafter, plus certain taxes.
