2Per curiam

Cody Jeanne Sparks, the appellant, was convicted of the second degree murder of her father, Ralph Sparks, with the use of a deadly weapon.

Appellant raises four issues which we feel merit our attention and necessitate reversal of the conviction. These assignments of error are directed to (1) the State’s mishandling of evidence, (2) the exclusion of hearsay testimony which was against the declar-ant’s penal interests, (3) the limitation of the testimony of appellant’s psychiatrist to responding to prepared hypotheticals, and (4) the district court’s rejection of a negotiated plea bargain…
