THOMAS, Judge.

Eric DeWayne Taylor appeals from the Mobile Probate Court’s denial of his motion to set aside previously entered orders of the probate court. We affirm.

Jimmy Patrick Newman died intestate on March 11, 2005, as the result of an automobile accident. On March 17, 2005, Jerry Wayne Newman, Jimmy’s brother, petitioned the probate court for letters of administration for Jimmy’s estate (“the estate”).
