Mount, J. —
This action was brought to recover damages resulting from a collision between two automobiles. The plaintiff alleged that the defendant was negligent and ran against the plaintiff’s car, causing damages to the car and personal injuries to the plaintiff. The defendant answered, denying negligence, admitting the collision, and alleged that the plaintiff was negligent, and damaged the defendant’s car, and sought damages on account thereof.
