*447Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Hudson, J.), rendered May 3, 2004, convicting her of grand larceny in the third degree, attempted grand larceny in the third degree, and scheme to defraud in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
