Farrell Bedsole appeals from the trial court’s summary judgments in favor of Anthony Clark, the sheriff of Covington County; Jerry Edgar, the jail administrator for the Covington County Jail; and Dr. Millard McWhorter, the medical director of the Covington County Jail.
