2Per curiam
The City asks us to hold its controller, George Greanias, in contempt of court for refusing to comply with the trial court’s peremptory writ of mandamus of May 8, 1992, ordering Greanias to sign all documents necessary to authorize the issuance of $17.7 million of bonds to pay for settlements in five law suits against the city. We decline to do so and deny the City’s motion.
